Hawaiian Pacific Airlines
Hawaiian Pacific started off as a small airline, named "Island Express" in 1941. It had a small fleet of Bellenca CH-300s. Providing sightseeing flights in Honolulu and O'ahu. In 1969, it finally offered jet service with it's DC-9-10 aircraft. In the 80s, it changed to Hawaii Pacific Express and had a new fleet of DC-3s and 8s, scraping out the CH-300s. It soon had routes outside Hawai'i, like San Francisco or Anchorage. In 2000s the airline was now part of the major airlines in the United States. With a fleet of A320s and A330s, rebranded to what is now known as Hawaiian Pacific. Today, it is one of the most succsessful carriers in the US.
