the loan was my idea to assit those who are new players, other players in the past have done this, however, with the reset all this is finished in sim2, you / me and all other players after the weekend will revert back to just an amount of cash / gates and 2 aircraft.KC AIRLINES is looking for a loan between 250-300 million to expand on large and medium size markets as well as solidify on its existing route network.

We are a new airline, but we're here to stay.
We operate now with a hub in Salt Lake City (SLC) and we have a positive cash flow - Daily Operating Profit so far.
We would like to expand in Europe and Asia with few more hubs, as we believe we can find opportunities for profit and growth.
With active management, proper routes research and flexibility in making adjustments as a response to real competition we are confident that with a start up loan Westwind Aircop will become soon one of the best in Airline Empire.
Thank you
P.S. I've read the Airline Empire wiki manual and the Strategy Guide - Beginners Tutorial, but I couldn't find more details about how the loan market works.
So few questions please:
1. Do we an interest for the loan? If so, what is it?
2. Can we negotiate the interest?
3. Can we take a loan from another airline - player so we can negotiate better interests while both parties will benefit?
4 Is it a feature in this great simulation where a profitable Airline - player, maybe a on line friend, may be willing to send financial aid or a grant to another airline - player that may need it - start up and new airlines?
Thank you

There is no loan facility within AE
The last loan was just my way of assisting those who needed a kick-start
As there is no way to get funds to anyones account now its impossible for any player to help you with any loan or aircraft

Thank you travelhouse for your quick answer.
It may be a good idea for the developers of the game to try to create a loan market within the game simulation.
However until then can I have a kick-start help please, so I can expand my Airline.
I really enjoy the game and I'm here to stay. I'll be an active player planning to keep a close eye on my airline (at least once a day I plan to login)
Thank you

there is no way to do it now... read above... the way travel use to do it by, was selling a plane to the airline as cheap as possible, then have them sell it back to them as high as possible, until all the money he was giving them was transfered over, but with the change of the last round, the way that used aircraft are bought has changed... you use to be able to sell to a certain airline, but now, you have to bid on planes... so it cant be done...

Well thank you much guys for your quick answer.
It may be a nice feature to have in the game, to be able to take or give loans with an interest rate that we can set after negotiations between each other.
This way the veteran players with some cash available can help out a newbie with a start up airline, and same time can make some little extra money from interest.
Everybody may benefit from it. The start up airline will have some extra funds to expand and the lender will collect the interest, knowing it helps another airline in need.
It will improve the interactions between active players and it will make the game more entertaining.
Now I know this is easier said then done and it won't be easy to develop and implement this kind of features.
And I know maybe I should post those ideas in "suggestions" section of this forum.
I just wanted to share with you my ideas.
Thank you again for your answers.
Even if there is no way to have some financial help for my airline now, I won't give up on it and I'll be here to make it one of the best in AE.
