I agree with the kinetic ban. But marb is a nice guy and shouldn't be banned at all.

Just because you like him doesn't mean he shouldn't be banned.

To clarify: I have enterpreted the only purpose of this thread as an attempt to bring more negative attention to marb, for an in comparison to what he has posted in the past, a completely benign (although still retarded) profile comment. As such, this thread counts as a provocation, which in turn could be interpreted as harrassment. This is why kinetic is deserving of a ban.

Why marb is deserving of a ban is because he is actively making an effort to escalate the conflict that was started with this thread (even saw an insult in one of his comments)

So you're saying that the age definitions of a train company take precedence over the law? Unfortunately, I've got news for you. It's the legal definitions that matter for COPPA, and any other child-related law.

• Biological: Adolescent. I think I am already going through puberty.
• Everyday speech: Tween
• Legal: Child
• Public transport: Adult (or Student)

Whether you insulted someone or not is not my point though. My point is that this exact behaviour you are currently showing is the reason you got banned for a week. Even after being unbanned, you continued your campaign of childish banter and temper tantrums. This issue was supposed to die off when 'stro imposed harsher guidelines, yet even with harsher guidelines you still did not learn to behave.

Kinetic effectively revived the forum-wide part of the issue, which is why he is deserving of a ban in my opinion. The exact reason why you deserve another ban is because, even after being banned for a week, you still made it your mission to keep the hype train going, which as stated, the mods themselves wanted to crash and burn.

Think about it. Why would you want to revive a dead topic which only causes toxicity on these forums, unless your only motive is to be toxic? Because believe it or not, you are being toxic. It was fun at first, but now, when there are clear guidelines telling you that toxicity is responded to with a ban, keeping this issue alive is extremely counter-productive aand you should know it.

To be fair we didn't really like NNR when he came onto the site first. But that's the point. You gotta tough it out. And this behavior is indescribably immature and annoying. Besides that fact, we had a pretty decent forum here.

Whatever, I want to let others know that Marb is continuing to do the things he did BEFORE he was barred from posting for a week. Besides, I'm unable to report it since I don't have a Discord. Making a thread about it is really the only way I can let others know. Besides, I shouldn't get banned for 'reviving' the issue (despite the fact that it didn't actually die), instead just chewed out.
