I think it's likely that black republic is using blue pax. Why don't you fly regional routes that have little to no competition instead? Because People really underestimate the amount of seats on the market on a medium airport - medium airport.

To move an unstoppable force you need an unmovable object
The way you stop a spamline is your mom

Add IFE and Business/First. They'll help you generate more revenue.

Or try changing your IFS just for that one route - maybe do a different plane.

I would recommend flying more short-haul or regional routes. A lot of the bigger airlines and spamlines ignore many routes that can be operated profitably with narrow-body jets, regional jets, or turboprops. I personally like operating regional airlines, even though it doesn't make tons of cash.

I always hate how some airlines are dumb enough to go that low on prices.
Just because you hate it doesn't mean it's dumb.

I didn't say it was dumb but it is a dumb thing to do as I've tried it and it was only afterwards that I realized how stupid I was to waste aircraft on a route where I'm making like 20% profit. If other people want to fight over market shares then I'll just let them.Just because you hate it doesn't mean it's dumb.
Well you know what, I won't say it's completely ridiculous. I've seen low cost carriers fly routes for really cheap ticket prices. It's those other people who fill up all the seats in a pax heavy route thinking they're going to be the only ones to fly it, and then starting price wars that go to the point where no one profits.

true - I hate price wars, i end up making 2000 a day from a route which should have been 30000 a day and that just sucks

I recently backed out of a route IAH to HKG because these other two airlines were fighting each other over prices bringing a 1200$ economy ticket to like 500-600$ and when I try to match them I made like 89,000$ when it was originally like 5x that.true - I hate price wars, i end up making 2000 a day from a route which should have been 30000 a day and that just sucks

If you can't fight them with price fight them with luxury and by that I mean make 5-Star IFE and IFS.
Some passengers are willing to pay the extra price for the extra great service. Spamliners tend to use ScamIFS and ScamIFE.
