Following communications with the Estonian, Latvian and Uzbek Soviet Socalist Republics, Rossiya has decided to establish subsidiary airlines in these SSRs, the subsidiaries will be jointly run by Rossiya and the SSR Government.

Rossiya has provided each subsidary with initial aircraft, and will retain administrative oversight and executive veto, however day to day operations, and all other executive powers will rest with each Republic's Central Committee.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Today is a day of many changes, our country; our country no longer exists. In its place is the new Russia, and a new Russia, means a new Rossiya. We are proud to have our fleet of Ilyushin, Tupolev and Antonov aircraft, but with the collapse of the Union, and the economic turmoil that has now engulfed the country, we can no longer rely on the support of the government, and we must become more competitive in our own right.

It is for this reason, that we have commenced a restructuring of Rossiya, a modernisation of our fleet, and the sale of our assets in Uzbekistan.

We regretfully announce that due to the withdrawal of government sponsorship for the services, our Tu-144 Supersonic services are to be terminated, these services shall either be replaced by aircraft in our current fleet, or withdrawn entirely.

As we are no longer subjected to Western Sanctions, we plan on acquiring new Airbus aircraft, to replace our aging Il-18s and Tu-154 (A models).

Additionally the Il-86s will be withdrawn for service, and the routes replaced by additional A320 and Tu-154 (M Model) services.

We have ordered Il-96s from Ilyushin which are due for delivery in 2 years; however we shall also consider the possibility of purchasing A330s from Airbus to help boost our long haul fleet.

As part of our restructuring, all aircraft not due for retirement shall be progressively refitted with a new In Flight Entertainment system called Magiya, in order to provide greater comfort to our passengers.

Finally, we have commissioned a new design for our logo, which shall be progressively rolled out across our network within the coming months.

Thank you for your time.
