i think it would be good to add a fuel system or something so we can buy fuel and store it...For example one day the fuel is high and i buy it and i buy more than i need so it goes into my fuel storage then it can be used the next day...this can help not fuel efficient planes...? what do you guys think?

What if you're a small airline who is making a 0.5% profit? It could send airline into debt. Anyway, in the real world it doesn't change much. Aren't just having historical fuel prices enough?

To me this would be one more "chore" that is just something to login and do.
AM on Facebook uses this and it's annoying.
Just my 2 cents.

there could be a setting where your company buys fuel automatically at what ever the price is......and if you want to buy fuel at a certain time you can buy it and buy lot of it so you can put it into your fuel storage...this is mainly to help planes that are non fuel efficient.

So, what your saying is, you can get fluctuating prices, but if you're offline it will not affect you as you buy it however high or low? I'm soory. I am completely opposed.

When your offline your airline buys fuel at what ever price its at......when your online there is fluctuating prices for you to buy high or low or your airline can still buy it at the same rate as if you were offline(like how it is now).............what im saying is just add fluctuation prices based on a timeline on how it was in real time (if your in 1950s then have 1950s fuel prices) and add a thing so you can store fuel or something....

I play AirwaySim sometimes and that has a good fuel feature. You have the option to just buy it everyday on its own. You can also click an option where you hedge the price. Lets say one day it was $100 a barrel you hedge it. The next day the price goes up to $120 you only have to pay $100 since that was the price you started hedging it at. This also has a bad side since it can go down to $80 but you have to pay $100 since that's the price you made the contract at. On this contracts are made yearly. To me this is a neat idea to add to AE since it is realistic. I also think its about time I agree with you for once jetblue

I do like the idea of fuel hedging, adds a bit more of a planning element into the gameplay.
