[I Cannot find the request for time to retrofit cabins] When we retrofit the seats in plane, to make it realistic, can we have a period of time for retrofit before it can fly again?

I don't know whether it has been confirmed for AE4, but I reckon it will be.

Considering that the config can be changed in less than 24 hours IRL, I can agree that it should be instantaneous in AE.

Downtime for various maintenance tasks (like installing IFE, winglets, seats, etc) will be in AE 4. Whether the duration is fixed for each type of task or variable according to the capacity and labor availability at your maintenance bases will depend on how much micromanagement we will have regarding maintenance bases and scheduling. :P

but should these extra timings should be implemented all around AE then. Surely when building terminals (etc) there should be extra timings (AE days, months etc), but I don't agree with adding extended timings because it would slow down growth significantly because of the time that is lost waiting for these things to get built, fixed etc

dont agree with extending timings

But slowing growth is what we're trying to achieve...

but somethings just take to long and the majority of people don't like waiting 1 month (AE time) for a terminal to be built, and if it took too long then people would just opt for gates until they cannot lease more, thus maybe stopping other smaller airlines from hiring gates.
