Hi again,

I was looking at some yet to be introduced aircraft, specifically the 787-9, and a350-800, -900R and -1000 when i wondered whether it would be possible to use the concept pictures for them instead of having no image available. It does not affect performance in any way and it gives us some eye candy. It can easily enough be replaced when the aircraft enter service.

Let me know what you think

Or you could put pictures in of the aircraft in production...like the A350-900. The 787-9 was unveiled a couple of days ago, but the A350-800 and the -1000 could be pictured as a concept. Interesting idea Duck. I applaud you. :P

O.K, don't see how someone could be opposed.

I'm sure the admin would love to put some picture of the said aircraft if anyone can provide non-copyrighted images

Only problem is, various copyright problems. It's alright to say there's a picture out there, but if we can legally use it is another matter...

So for some reason, i sense that they wouldn't bother replying.

i'm sure they don't have anything better to do. I'm sure if all of e-mailed or sent copyright staff some 3a.m calls they would.

I'm sure airbus and boeing wouldn't mind some free advertising anyway

Who cares if it's copyrighted? I got my profile picture off Google and nothing happened.

Well, feel free to lift as much stuff as you can trying to act like nothing happened, I'm sure they'll love you in court.

I think people have better things to do. Anyway, isn't it only illegal if it's use for profit? I'm not sure about copyright laws though.

One could claim that AE is for educational purposes (loljksnotrly.)
