how do you get your route reputation rating up? i always have like 30-40% how do i get this higher?

- increase flight frequency
- lower aircraft utilization on the route
- lower pax density on aircraft seating
- install 5* IFE
- serve 5* IFS

If your planes have little down time, you flights will have a better change of being delayed. Delayed flight= 
On time flights= 
So, leave 20 hours or more for your planes each week and you will have a better on time record
