I can see the fuel consumption of each aircraft. But I can't find the price of a kilo/litre of fuel. How can I know what I,am saving with a more fuel efficiënt aircraft if I don't know what the fuel cost?

Aircraft with less fuel consumption would save more fuel. You could also go into your existing routes to see your operating costs, which includes the percentage spent on fuel.
