Whatever, I'm waiting for stocks and hostile takeovers in AE4  ... That could make things dynamic and competitive, and also it's your fault if you take stocks cash to expand and then get bought out when someone bigger gets your share... Or if someone is a partial owner, it would be interesting if someone with a minority package could boss you around on some things, or if multiple shareholders could vote you out if you sold too much shares and you're under 50%.

 

Mergers by just sending a request and clicking "yes" sounds boring. In real life the guys that agreed to be bought out could take their big $$ and do something profitable or fun or dumb with it, here you would just take cash and then what, you're a symbolic AE millionaire?

I would think that the mergers would need to be accepted by both parties.

 

I also think that when you merge an airline, you should be given five days (Real Life) to start a new airline with the cash earned from the merger and start a brand new airline.
