IFS cost so much

The IFS is around 34% of my costs 

AND MY IFS IS VERY CHEAP

I have 20 tv screens per 100 seats and five on the rest of the things

If you have 5* on the rest of your entertainment choices then that will be VERY EXPENSIVE. When you first start I usually start with very minimal IFE until I get further established because it can derail your airline's profitability very quickly if you're not careful. I would look at your per passenger costs (listed on the IFE screen) and see if it's too much.
