Let's see. Eaten it on American, Cathay, China Airlines, and Korean Airlines, but never Sushi though. That's a risky one for a flight there! OH, almost forgot an NWA flight December of last year, Detroit to Osaka and back. Seems the meals vary month to month, probably setup on a yearly rotation from a prearranged list provided by LSG or whomever is the supplier. That part I don't know at lot about.

Virgin Atlantic offered me fish LHR->HKG in Premium Economy. Also i've seen Cod & Chips (Fries) flying LHR->JFK in Upper Class (I chose the lamb shank however).

Smoked salmon, some cooked fish and some nice juicy scallop on Philippine Airlines - Economy.
I've grown used to being asked "chicken or fish" by the FAs. I'm sure Cathay had a fish option as well...

I just had Grouper on my flight last week. After watching the movie "Airplane" I knew enough not to eat it, though. They needed someone who could translate jive in case the fish was bad.
