I doubt many people would actually choose it even if it's available!

Just out of curiousity. I was watching Airplane! and was curious due to the fact i have never had that option offered to me even in business class.

American served me broiled salmon on a trans-con flight in Business Class. What I want to know though is why is it that fillet mignon is so popular. Every airline has that as an option in either Business or First Class

Could it be because it is the least susceptible to spoiling?Originally posted by DevSilv7

Though I can't remember from my most recent flights if CAL ever served fish (mainly because I was sleeping on 1 flight and had pork on the other) anymore, I know they did serve fish, because the first time I was on CAL, the flight attendant deliberately asked me if I wanted fish or steak. I obviously couldn't figure out the answer to the question because I was only 8.

The airline on the movie Airplane! served fish. I wouldn't recommend it, though

I want to know why you put a poll on a factual question.
