I'm almost 100% sure that aircraft manufactures IRL have an option to pay the full price of the aircraft when you purchase it instead of paying a 50% down payment and paying the rest when the aircraft arrives. It would make grinding past the "middle age" of the airline where you have just enough money to buy new planes but not enough money to just splurge much easier to manage.

Ditto for bank loans, we should be able to voluntarily pay part of it back ahead of schedule so they don't always come in on the 2nd or 3rd day of the month, after taxes and wages are due...

But that's also part of playing the game, planning when to take out loans to ensure you'll have cash in the bank every month for the direct debit.

Banks actually discourage people from paying back their loans early, they make less in interest (how they make money off loans) if you do that.

Real world finances are a lot more complicated - like offering revenue sharing instead of money up front.
Anyway, don't buy new planes, lease them (unless in the special world where this is banned)
