Unable to add flights

I can't add routes to routes out of MCY on my R4 airline even though my aircraft has 140 hours empty and is certainly within political,runaway and range requirements.

I also have the promblem. The route is DUB-DEL and the airplane is the 747-400ER . The route distance is 4394 miles and the airplane can do 8826 miles. The lonegest runway avaible is 12,500 and the airplane only needs 9265. the airplane also has 140 hours avaible. When I try to add flights there is no aircraft avaible but 1 with insufficent hours but that is one of my othere airplanes.
Please fix soon the aircraft is losing 2million a mounth

Update: I just got my second 747-400ER delivered and having the same promblem.

Did you get these aircraft from the used market or delivered new?
