Bug of route reputation & IFS rating in Route Research

I found that the reputation of certain airline on certain route can't be display:-
An example is DFW-ATL. When you click the above route and choose the "competition" tab, there are quite a number of airlines. However, all of their reputation are rating around half for this certain route. I don't believe this is the truth since different airlines must have different IFE, IFS, frequency, leg room, etc.
So is it a bug?
Furthermore, the Competition Flight List also has a concern:-
For the same example, all the 9 airlines have 5 star rating in IFS!! I total can't believe that all of them are providing 5 star IFS since different airline must have different target market...
It will be great if the involved airline can report their real IFS rating~

I'm having the same problem. On all of the routes that I fly, all the competitors show a 5-star IFS rating, that may not be a glitch, but just a coincidence, but I kinda doubt it.
I can't see what my own IFS rating shows up as to my competitors, but according to my IFS menu, it is less than 5 stars. Perhaps somebody could check one of my airline's routes to see if it shows up as 5 stars... I fly out of Vancouver (YVR). An example route would be YVR-YYZ...
