Trying to start new service to Love Field from Cleveland. Leased a gate at DAL, but when I try to add a new flight, the dialog box where I add frequencies has disappeared. This wouldn't be how the Wright Amendment is being simulated is it?

No, because the DCA restrictions are different to the Wright Amendment, DCA bans all flights beyond a certain perimeter (in real life there are expections for certain airlines on certain routes but in AE that can't be simulated properly) whereas Wright Amendment bans certain types of aircraft from certain routes. CLE-DAL would be allowed if you were using an aircraft with less than 56 maximum seats on the route.
