C Class not showing ticket price for less than 1 trip per day

I have a flight from Beirut to Lattakia (1C 7Y) configuration.  I am unable to price the C-Class ticket which is showing 100% full at $1.  Ticket price for C class not showing in the route pricing tab, only showing y class.
