what is so confusing about it?

I also often find on my routes page my LF will often say a lower % (eg 94%) but when you research that route individually, the LF comes up 100%. Though, if you look at your flight list it will show you the LF for each class on each flight of that route. From there if you lower the ticket price of that class you will get all flights with all classes to 100% (and more times earn more money). This often happens for First Class and lesser times, Business Class.
