I found that if you sell a plane thats flying a route you get extra slots at the airports.
Example
- I fly a A321-200 (aircraft doesn't matter) PHX-SEA 14x weekly. I buy, then sell the aircraft without taking off the route, the plane sells and the route is taken off just fine, but then you have 64 slots out of one gate at the airports.

yeah its happened to me a lot i just couldnt figure out what it was. i was selling my boeing fleet to go all airbus in attempt to lower operating cost since i have no competition so no rush to expand, after i went back to reopen i was like, ha now i know what makes you! youre not gonna be a bother much longer. Its a very annoying bug is it not?
