Problems R6

I'm playing in the world and R6 have the largest company in Brazil in it, I decided to open two hubs beyond what already had and then I opened my Hubs these routes estavma with Y99% dropped to 68% and continues to fall, but at other times I opened my hubs routes remained normal.
Now I will get damages since I'm in the 31 position and want to get in the top ten.
