O1 Can't Set up Regional Flights

As of today 10/28, I am running into an old issue from the last running of O1...I am unable to set up routes under 1k Miles or rent gates to set up said airports. Has anyone else ran into this reoccurring issue?

Can you provide more details? Like what routes you're trying to set up and what equipment you're using?

For example PDX=YDT using a 19 seat a/c Do 228 241 miles, I can't rent a gate, it loads and comes back as 0 slots owned. If it is an airport I own a terminal it won't allow me to setup said route.
