Pu'er Simao Airport Incorrect Location

The Pu'er Simao Airport (SYM) is incorrectly placed. In-game it shows the distance from Xishuangbanna (JHG) as being 108 miles, while in reality the two airports are only 58 miles apart.

This has been fixed and will be reflected in the game after future world resets
