Are Terminal Construction Costs Calculating based on the right gate fee?

So I already see you've been alerted to the gate fee display problem, but I am wondering if the fee problem cascades through to other issues with terminals.

As we see: gate fee craziness:

Everything seems correct here...other than the gate page monthly gate costs display. The terminal costs are perfectly normal. I believe that the "more normal gate fee" is also slightly incorrect.

The gate page fee is a localized display error (which is now fixed). And that terminal cost looks normal to me :S
