Alliance ownership transfer S3A

Hello,

Alliance "Star Alliance" was started by a person who left the world. So no one is the owner of this alliance and hence no one is able to accept my request to join it.

There should be transfer of ownership of the alliance if the founder airline bankrupts. Won't you agree?
