GYM/MMGM (Guaymas) Wrong Airport Location and Data

GYM/MMGM has the wrong information. This is located in Mexico... Not Colombia as the game suggests. https://en.wikipedia...ational_Airport

Pax numbers should be more around 20k as this is mostly a regional airport. Most of the information for it is incorrect.

Name updated from "Chia" to "General José María Yáñez" Did not add INTL ARPT back cause of name length limit.

GPS Cordinates also updated so should reflect the correct location in future rounds
