Help! Rating changing on IFS from start to creation

The system changed the IFS from 5 star to 3 star when created. I haven't seen this before, but now I'm a little scared I could see this...

What I mean is immediately before saving the IFS, the IFS showed 5 star. Once saved, it showed 4 star.
