gates leasing issue Rδ

I can only lease 3 gates at AZA?. trying to get a hub going but it's frustrating when I can only have 3 gates?

Probably because AZA ran out of gates, you're going to need to build a terminal if you want more slots.

I went to the Gates section and it said "no gates leased" even though have 5 Gates at OAK
