Error message while buyng new aircraft S1

Hi there, I bought 3 new a320's at a value of more than 79 million, but, after the confirmation, an error occurred, and my planes didn't entered the airbus order book, but I lost the money in the same way. What can you do about it, is there any ways to prove my losts and give the money or the planes back for me?
