New Open World is not on 20 min/day schedule

It is going into the -20's on the time until next day, and not skipping days. At this rate the game will last until 2014.

This appears to be an isolated incident due to server overloading. O1 should have day changes at :17, :37, and :57 of each hour.

I have the same problem whole day and the date is not changing

yeah on O1 the day is not changing, and keeps on going into -3, and -20.
