My Airline Indonesian airlines ordered 25 A318 and 50 A340-500

But only 24 A318 have been delivered and none on order and I currently have 19 A340-500 and 30 on order so a total of 49.

Where did these two aircraft go?

Did they got seized by the lessor as you didn't have funds to pay for the lease obligations when they were due?

You should have the proper number of A318s and A345s now. :)
