Personally think the belly just dates the livery. I think it's the red pinstripe above it, but it makes the livery seem like it's from the early-mid 2000s. Unless, of course, it is from the early-mid 2000s, in which case, carry on.

i love the font! if this is supposed to be a retro aircraft though, i think it would look better with the text in all caps. also i'm not really a fan of the yellow/black underbelly, but it still looks cool!

Thanks. It's less retro and more like the logo's typeface didn't change since... the early days of aviation.
