Hey there,I don't really feel comfortable handing the keys to my best and biggest airline... How can I be sure that you don't bankrupt it?

Hello everyone, so me and my friend started playing the game 3-4 days ago (already lost the track of dates because of the game ). He started in Istanbul and I started in Moscow Sheremetyevo. Now I'm slowly starting to experience a slowdown in growth I guess...? Would anyone have some tips or tricks to maximize the profitability of the airline. Any type of trick would be ok except the "hub everywhere" strategy like the top airline in our world uses (we just don't count him as our competitor). 

My airline is "Amego Airlines" in 

P.S. you might see some other airlines under my name, they are just created for fodder and creation of hubs in other countries so that I will at least have some demand with which I can work through in Amego Airlines...
