EWR being a smaller market than say JFK, it's reasonable. United has been operating EWR-LHR only 7x a week, even since before COVID
For IAD, kind of the same story. After 744 retirement by BA, BA has also been operating 7x weekly service to IAD from LHR with 788s.

Oh yeah of course, that makes sense. So I assume British Atlantic would have more weekly flights to JFK, but they're outside of the codeshare agreement so not mentioned in the poster?

Bingo, and on top of that while negotiating with Brad, he specifically preferred the two airports to be included in the codeshare as those are 2 of his hubs I believe. Vanguard holds no operations from JFK iirc
