Yeah...the beta market research is a cool idea....however, like I said in the other thread, I think it could be a much better, and cooler, and easier to use, interface....
Go to the research page, pick a city in each drop down box and view that information. In the address bar you will see:
......./resroute.php?airport1=OAK&airport2=HOU
Pay close attention to the ending, in this example I picked OAK and HOU (airport identifiers). Change the 3 letter identifiers to whatever you want to veiw, lets say you're curious about a flight from Chicago Midway (MDW) to Detroit (DTW) you would replace OAK with MDW and HOU with DTW.
There needs to be a way to research markets prior to purchasing gates. If you honestly think that airliines dont have a clue of what the route will do prior to arranging required gates/aircraft, well, you dont have a clue.
