The game is "crashing"; not working. Is anyone monitoring/maintaining the game?

I love this game.  It is fun to play (in the past).  It has completely been deteriorating/failing the last few months.

No market share information at all (for airports or individual routes).   This has been ongoing AND never fixed/looked at for months.

No route maps of any kind now.  I cannot get them to work on any version of the game or browser.

Other parts of the game work to some degree, but not well, and are failing and/or slowing down.

The game is basically "unplayable" at this point.

Do monitors/moderators/maintenance/etc even exist for the game anymore?  I see no one doing anything to help the game.  This used to be the best game I ever play.  Now, without maps, route info, market share, etc. there is no point.  Other games are either too complex (I don't want to set route times and spend an hour assigning one aircraft), phone games make you "send" planes on routes every time instead of automatically doing so.  So extremely intricate (almost boring) or far too simple/tedious.  This game had the best balance.  Not anymore, what has happened?
