Buying gates at HQ balloons monthly gate fee R5

Buying a gate at your headquarters makes the cost jump to the regular price for all gates, even the ones you had beforehand. At Pittsburg I bought a 6th gate on accident and now I have to pay $1.9M in gate fees :(
