Negative pax capacity showing up for no reason; reduced capacity seen in other cases R2

See title, and screenshot attached below. There have been other cases where the capacity was reduced for no reason for very short routes, and somehow all available planes would have the same reduced capacity; if I encounter that again, I will post screenshot.
