Used airline purchased but didn't receive the asset

I've found sometimes you have to access it in the aircraft menu of your whole fleet in order for used market planes to show up. Try that if you haven't already.

I just had the same issue in R1 - bought a DC 7 apparently exactly at end of day, and while it shows as idle, it will not let me add any routes to it. Any suggestions? It appears in all Aircraft listing and also is acknowledged if I search for it individually or through the all Aircraft list, but cannot schedule it.  What new Hell is this? 

I just leased a second D7B to be sure and exactly the same problem occurs. Now I have two aircraft costing me money that are unable to be scheduled. Could someone please fix this pronto? Thanks.

More info - on a hunch I just added flights to an existing route and both new planes showed up, so I was able to add to an EXISTING route, but when I went to add the same aircraft to a NEW route (and yes, funds are available), neither aircraft shows up, so there is definitely a glitch somewhere. 

Problem still persists. Is anyone out there going to help, look into or do something about this? Not impressed with the way people respond around here.

No, this is not a glitch. Aircraft have an interesting property called "range" where there can only fly a certain distance because of how much fuel they can hold.

I have 3 planes currently  that I am paying a lease on.  FYI i have 22 planes all the same so same distance etc.  They do not show up as available on new routes but they show up as available to add flights to existing routes

It is costing e over 3 million a month in leases costs but can't use the planes

Do these aircraft have the same engines? Range will vary for the same aircraft if it is equipped with different engines.
