Terminal cost not in financial report

I built a terminal in Houston Hobby, and the cost was roughly $20,500,000. The financial report doesn't show any record of that cost. I believe it should go under the "Building Construction" cost. In the Year to Date and 1983's column, there is no cost there for building construction. It did take my money, just didn't put it into the financial report.
