In the past I have found it really easy and fast to upload logos, but for some reason I can't upload my logo anymore. It just comes up with a warning saying... even though I chose an image from my desktop.
"No Image Uploaded
No image file was uploaded. Please try again."

If you're uploading a .png try uploading a .jpg instead, I find this tends to work when I experience the same issue with liveries. Alternatively resize your logo so that it is 175 x 50
I had the message too sometime back. Yes I would suggest .jpg it did work for me later.
