Time not passing on S4D

The world S4D for new players has been stuck on April 1, 2013 for a rather long time. Is this general or could it be just me? At any rate, when I go to the main page it will tell me that the next day starts in 18 minutes or something like that (these are 5 minute days), then if I refresh the page it will tell me another random number, sometimes larger than the first. Can something be done to fix this?

Same situation for S4E. it has, to my knowledge, been september 7th for about an hour and a half now. It has started to say: "The next day will begin in -20 min". Refreshing does nothing. Closing the browser and open again does nothing.

Edit: according to chat the servers are on pause due to server change.
