sorry i dont know if this an game error/issue or not ......i started a new alliance and i got 1 member to try to join i clicked approve but it says (The join request had been deleted.) ? does that mean they cancelled there request or is it and error?

Most likely the request was cancelled, but I should check to make sure. Did you approve from your mailbox or from your alliance control panel? and what's the request ID?
