Cannot Add Flights For Love Field (DAL)

I cannot add any flights from DAL to SJC, or a few other airports I have tried.   When I press the SHOW AIRCRAFT button none appear, even though I have an A320-200 sitting idle and plenty of slots available.   I checked runway length, which should be acceptable.   I know there used to be some restrictions on which airports you could fly to out of Love Field, but those have been removed.   I don't know of any other reasons why an A320 would be restricted at Love Field.    I also tried to add a flight to CMH to DAL and MCI to DAL which did not work.   I also then tried to use an Embraer EMB-120ER that I purchased and it did not work either.
