I made the checkboxes have a bigger clickable area so it's easier to select flights (you don't have to hunt for the checkbox when going down the list). Some browsers physically stretch out the checkbox. I'll see if this can be made to look better later.

Can you be more specific than "there's a problem" on the route manager? If it's not about large checkboxes, file a separate bug report.
