Aircraft not there

Why is it that im getting the message to say my aircraft is delivered. im getting charged, yet they arnt there, this has happened like 10 times now

By "aren't there," do you mean they don't appear in the list when click "Aircraft" on the left? Or do they appear under Aircraft but not when you try to assign aircraft to a route?
