Wrong "political restrictions"

Hi, I am new to Airline empires. Whenever I do market research on any flight between Taiwan and China, I get "You cannot fly this route due to political restrictions.". 

 

There are actually a lot of flights between Taiwan and China, e.g. TPE and PVG. Please fix this issue. (There are a lot of demands for these routes! Can't wait to fly these routes. :D )

Edit: Btw, I am playing in sandbox mode.

 

Edit2: Wait, I am still in May 2007. Maybe the restriction will be lifted after Dec 2008?

Time is already 2009 and still the same problem.

Technically this is inaccurate though, as the restrictions were lifted in 2008, and so somebody should update this.
