Hi! I'm The Founder of "Volaris" and I Was Wondering Why Doesn't The Game Start? It Say's "The Game Is Paused". If This Is Not A Problem, How Can I Resume The Game?

Each new game is paused for 48 hours at the beginning to allow players in different time zones and those who don't check AE multiple times a day to get a fair start. :P

 

The time in O1 started about 3 hours ago. The start time after each reset is listed in the Announcements forum.
