Names for Georgian Airports not correct R5, , , R6, R4, R3, R2, R1 and 2 more...

Posted by giosal on 18 June 2014 - 06:08 PM

I noticed that names (and codes in some cases) for airports in Georgia are incorrect. For example:

  • TBS/UGGG Tbilisi International should be TBS/UGTB Tbilisi International
  • KUT/UGKO Kutaisi International should be KUT/UGKO Kutaisi King David Aghmashenebeli International

Also it would be nice if you could add Mestia Queen Tamar Airport, which for the moment has only local flights.

Please also consult the passenger flow on the official sites.

One small update: Georgia has Free Sky agreement with EU, please include this in game as well.

moved issue from Airline Empires 3.1

Ill review this later on in the day, however I do not believe Georgia are part of the EU Openskies?

This has now been fixed, unfortunately I can't find any information on Mestia Airport

Hi, I lost access to my old account.

Bringing you another update - BUS/UGSB Batumi International is now called Batumi - Alexander Kartveli.

Also, UGM/UGMM Mestia Queen Tamar doesn't work when you click on it to see details of airport. Also, it's region is Africa, but should be Asia, like the rest of airports in Georgia. One more thing - runway is 3800 ft and not 3675 ft

And, finally, there is one more airport serving national flights:

UGAM Ambrolauri Airport with runway 3800 ft

Also, you should consider adding one more airport to the game:

UGSA Natakhtari Airfield, with runway 3110 ft

In real life this is an airfield that flies to UGAM and UGMM
